Each month, depending on the size of your company and the arrangement you choose, we provide you either one or two half day sessions on the phone or full day visits. During these sessions we meet with the Company’s senior management team and review and discuss the monthly financial statements and operational reports and evaluate progress against budget. We review the progress on planned activities and qualitative objectives and work with the management team to set new goals and develop the action plans to accomplish them. We act as a mentor to gently remind everyone of the importance of accomplishing the “important tasks” while fighting the distractions of the “urgent problems”.
We are always available to provide detailed guidance to you and your staff and provide the professional input you and your staff needs to perform at maximum efficiency. Throughout the month we are available to you and your staff as you work through operations and the various additional efforts necessary to prepare your company for the future.
