The basis of the Company's approach is to develop and implement "situation specific" operational control systems and procedures designed to immediately improve bottom line profitability and cash flow.
Structured Management will undertake a profit improvement project only in those cases where the potential profit and cash flow improvement in the first year equals or exceeds the projected cost. This is to assure that there is no net cost to the client. Average attained results over a broad spectrum of client companies in a variety of businesses have typically ranged from a 4 to in excess of a 10-percentage point increase in bottom line pre-tax profit.
In addition to these specific quantifiable results, the Company also establishes and attains two additional goals for its business owner clients:
