Structured Management, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Each course is supported by its own specially developed manual which includes extensive handouts, checklists, and computer disks with written forms and procedures providing detailed examples relevant to the material covered.
Administrative Policies
· Program participants will be provided with a certificate of completion for their participation in the program. The certificate will include the following:
· CPE program sponsor name and contact information.
· Participants name
· Program title and field of study
· Date of completion
· CPE credit(s) earned
· Time statement based on a 50-minute hour
· Registration will be confirmed within three business days of receipt of registration and payment.
· Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received two business days before the date of the seminar will be honored without penalty.
No refund will be made if cancellation is not received by that time.
Participant substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the seminar without penalty.
· SMI believes in complete satisfaction. Betsy M. Wyers will handle all complaints at (609) 386-7899. Every effort will be made to resolve all complaints to the satisfaction of the participants. This includes full credit and/or refunds in those instances where participants are not totally satisfied.
