A challenging operational situation encompassing several different production facilities,  multi-unit retail stores and a wholesale distribution operation. This company was completely reorganized and reengineered. This included developing and implementing a complete  production and retail operations control systems. A detailed financial and operational reporting system for the company was also developed and implemented. All company personal were trained in the new systems.
 
Long Term Outlook 

 
The bottom line result was an operating profit of approximately $480,000 versus a prior year operating loss of ($99,000). We are currently working to expand operations and are projecting profits in the range of $700,000.

 
$2.5 million Specialty Printer
  
We revamped the accounting system; developed and implemented a wide variety of operational systems to monitor and control costs; developed and implemented an annual operating budget and monthly variance report procedure; and, designed and installed an incentive based "Pay for Performance" compensation program for all employees.
 
Long Term Outlook 
Having operated at a loss or with marginal profitability over the last several years, the company is now generating budgeted profits.
 
$17 million Petroleum Distributor
  
Completely re engineered the organizational structure and the operational and financial control and reporting systems of the company.

The bottom line result is a $750,000 operating profit versus a prior year loss of ($385,000). We are currently working with the client to acquire two competitors and expand operations.
 
$2.5 million Restaurant Operation
  
In addition to establishing operational and financial controls designed to substantially reduce food, beverage and labor costs, we developed, and implemented written service policies and procedures and established a wait staff training program.
 

Long Term Outlook 
  
The program increased the bottom line by 7.5+% as a result of a 5% decrease in Cost of Goods, an increase in the average ticket of $2.25 and a 2% reduction in operating expenses.
